The purpose of the Architectural Control Committee is to use its best efforts to promote and ensure a high level of quality, harmony and conformity throughout the properties. The Committeee functions under the Board representing the homeowners in carrying out their responsibilities.
Each resident has the responsibility to submit an ACC request for planned improvements to their residence or property. In the event that you are not sure if an ACC request is required, please consult Article IX. If you are still unsure, please contact one of the ACC Committee members. The contact numbers are on this website. For your convenience the ACC Request link is provided below.
Please fill out the application in its entirety and submit to Heather Allen via e-mail at hallen@tscmanagement.com . You may also hand deliver, fax or mail your application in. To avoid delays in processing, please be sure to provide the following information:
- Detailed description of request
- Copy of plat survey indicating placement
- Total dimensions to include length x width x height
- Color photos or samples of colors to be used
- Proposed materials
- Copy of City Permit if required.
- Owner’s signature and date
- One request/item per application
Upon receipt of the completed application and all necessary supporting documentation, your application will be forwarded onto your Architectural Control Committee for review. We will advise you of the Committee’s determination as soon as possible.
